A  recently restored shepherd’s hut of which was regularly used during the 1920’s and 30’s at lambing time on the Sussex Down’s and as the shepherds base when showing prize winning South Down sheep at shows and fairs around the south of England.  Fitted out as cosy bedroom for two people - in bunk beds.

The living space complements the shepherd’s hut and comes in the form of a Woodman’s Wagon, which has been sympathetically fitted out to give a double bed, comfortable sitting, dining areas along side kitchen space, together with the elevated platform that allows you to enjoy uninterrupted views over the adjoining farm and woodland countryside.

The site faces East/West giving you both the summer sun rise’s and sun sets.

Facilities include compost loo, hot water from wood fired water heater, camp fire with barbeque over. Wooden Picnic table and seating.

15% Discount for 2 or more continuous mini breaks.

*Mini break is either: Three nights Friday, Saturday & Sunday or Four nights mid week Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday nights.
